Refund of my money

I have had communication with Hotel Express yesterday and we agreed that they are going to debit R350 per month and to my surprise they took R4265 and when I call them they say I have agreed to that amount and they cannot reverse it into my account. And the consultant whom I agreed with they claim he is New he does not know the card and I have agreed to straight of which I remember very well that I said I cannot pay a once off amount due to my commitments I can only pay it for 12 months, since yesterday when I wanted to speak to Thabane the sales consultant they keep me on hold forever.
