Refund demanded from Hotel Express and no willingness is shown by Hotel Express so far.

An amount of R2525.00 was deducted from my account on the 24th of April 2020 and R2575.00 on the 25th of April 2020 without even a final agreement between me and them altogether. During these trying times, my family really needs this money for groceries. I tried taking it up with the consultant and his manager but to got only promises that a refund will be arranged.
