Refund

Hotel express they are *****, they sell their products and tell you what benefits you can get if you become their member and they deduct your money. After deducting your money when you need to redeem your promised vouchers they telling you stories that it doesn't work that way. they are such ***** and *****ed. I told them I need my refund they telling me that I will have to pay 10%. be careful of them. Do not fall into such trap like me.
