No refund since 27 November 2017

I have requested for a joining fee amount on R2100 to be refunded back to me as I had not authorized the fee to go off on the 24th of November 2017. I have been put on hold and told I will be called back numerous times by Fikile Jali whonpromised to send me proof of payment on Monday and has Norbert yet done so. I was told my refund will be processed with 7-10 working days which is now not the case as apparently finance now has their own timeframes different from what was communicated to me by customer care. I am very disappointed at how easy it was for my money to be debited from me and how it is such a struggle now for the very same company to refund me back my money which I actually need for other important things.
