money deducted from my account

i was called by a guy named paul peterson who works for hotel express international regarding a loyaltiy card for hotel express paul mis led me into taking up the product as i asked paul twice will i be paying anything he said no .he also said i will be getting a confirmation email regarding the product he explained ..i reciebed nothing ..the manger takesure calls me doing a follow up call and telling me they will debit over 12month on my credit card ..soon after that call R5965.00 was taken off my account so i called back to have it cancelled and reversed they are avoding all my calls ..
