Mis representation by sales agent of Hotel express international

<div>Hotel express international agent sold their to me but he misrepresented all the information. After being unhappy with their service I decided to cancel the membership. I paid R2525 for 16 months membership which the agent said its a promotional price that will give me a platinum card and also the second card for my husband. They sent the card after a month and never sent my husband's card. After I can Ed the card they said they will deduct about R1000 for 2 months plus 10%. I then ask them how can they deduct more than R1000 for 2 months whereas I paid R2525 for 16 months. I spoke to **** who was the sales person, I spoke to ****and ****, I also spoke to **** who is Bs manager who promised to call me but never called at all. I want my full refund with immediate effect.&nbsp;</div>
