Membership a total ripoff

<p>I was contacted by the South African devision of Hotel Express International and convinced by the sales person to join the membership program with promises of best rates and 50% discount on bookings made through the website or the call centre. I paid my membership fee and received my membership. Ever since I was not able to make one booking at any of the Hotels listed for South Africa and when I did get pricing it was without any discount. I can find cheaper rates for same class Hotels on other web booking systems. I consider the membership to be a total *****ulant system. I did reqeust my money back but of caurse no responce from them.</p>
