JUST DOES NOT COME BACK TO ME

We have a membership by the above mentioned company, they contacted my husband and sold him two of their other products we would never use. I phoned them and asked them to cancel it within days of the call telling them that he misunderstood the call thinking it was connected to the first membership and that we wanted a refund. They promised to get back to me. After phoning numerous times, pleading, threatning and doing as much as we could they promised a refund on the 28th of March. More than 2 weeks later still no refund and when i call Sarah is either not in the office or she will phone me back because she is busy with finance sorting out my problem.. This amount comes down to R3750 that we are just going to loose because Hotel express and their staff sell products over the phone that some of the people either dont understand or need and when we do realise what we have been sold they dont want to fix their mistakes. I think this is utterly disgusting! and if this is how they do their sales i dont want to be associated with them at all and will not recommend them to anyone whatsoever!
