incorrectly billed

Dear Pearl

This is frustrating me I spoke to one of your consultant Yolanda who wanted me to join Hotel Express she explained to me clearly ,then I joined Hotel Express. Our agreement was to debit R197 every month to my surprise Hotel Express took R2270.00 this is unacceptable.

Kindly assist me in reversing my money back to my credit card or will report this as ********** .

This is not the agreement with Yolanda

Would it be possible for me to cancel my agreement with Hotel Express. It seems as you don’t understand my frustration in this matter.

I have agreed to pay R197 monthly debit order in my bank account to Hotel Express that doesn’t mean Hotel Express can deduct R2270 out of my credit card once off .I have other plans for that money now all the staff that I was supposed to do have failed as you know that its January due to this. As myself and Yolanda telephone agreement deduction was supposed to be R197 monthly .

I would kindly advise your Company(Hotel Express)to deposit back my money to my bank account or I would have to take a further steps to report this to the authorities ,trust the above is in order.

If I don’t get any feedback by the end of today will report you to ***** institute
