Hotel Express **** Stay Away and Bad Attitute

My husband took a membership with Hotel express he was told it is R370 and R3700 was deducted from his account. nevertheless we decided to use their service only to later realise that this Hotel Express thing is a ****. They say their turn around time is 24 hrs but nothing is ever quoted in 24hrs you must folowup on everything and there is never a 50% discount that they promise when selling their membership. I booked a trip to Mauritius they booked wrong dates Ive requested over 4 times for changes but their agents call me with an attitude as if I am just supposed to take whatever they offer. Reservatio8 agent just called me saying I did not respond to her email when I tell her she did not send me any email , my quotation came from [Email Removed] whom I responded to and [Email Removed] because Kwandile Zama had called me to check on my booking I made in September and I explained the challenges I have with their reservation. Resrvations8 must not talk nonsense and claim things she did not do she says she will drop my call and indeed hung-up on a client. I then call to terminate my membership even Pamela and Sara customer service agents had an attitude.
