Hotel express international deducted my money from my credit card without my permission. I refused to renew my membership card last year. They kept on calling me but I refused. I have sent emails asking for a refund, suddenly an agent by the name Matilda claims that I agreed when I spoke with one of their agents named Thandi Charmaine. These agents are ************ly meeting their targets through ********* means. They did the same thing in 2017 and there are repeating it again. How can I be helped to get my refund?
