Hotel express international are **********

Hotel Express International.... I am now a member of this ********** company that gives me the most inconvenient service ever. I am so disgusted at how they are just too good to make the sales on purchasing the membership but cannot even follow up on a proper request for an accommodation and no one ever contacts me even when I call them... They put me on hold and then cut me off, I've been a member for about a month and they still won't contact me after asking them for an accommodation in November. I want my money back... please don't ever waste your time with this company.
