HOTEL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL

On 13/5/2015 I received a call from a Mr Jonathen Mogatusi (Ref 44CLI46697) - tel *** and *** - told me my credit card is expiring and a new card will be posted. <br> I was put under false pretenses, thinking ABSA called me. It was so noisy in the back ground that I could not hear properly and I was under the impression that my limit will be increased with R5965.00, which was not the case, as I was debited this amount.<br> I told my wife about the call and showed her the sms I received, only to discover that I was DEBITED with this amount. I called Mr Jonathen Mogatusi back to say that I do not want the card and that he must cancel everything and give me back the money that was debited from my card. My wife also spoke to him to say that they must reverse/cancel the transaction and he got very irritated and raised his voice. He also said that he cannot do this as the card is on the way...today 26/05/2015 nothing received and I DO NOT WANT THE CARD.<br> ABSA authorised payment even when I made sure that there were no funds available for this transaction and the card was stopped.<br>
