Hotel express Int offer no service or product

Hotel express offers a service that it charges customers even if goods have not been received never checking or confirming if goods have arrived.<br> According to them they shipped a member card to a incorrect address and never bothered to check if i received it, saying that they were going to hand deliver it- never happened.<br> This company flies under its own radar, doing transactions without a service , but the beauty is that they checked with me to offer upgrades- ha ha ha upgrades on a service never received. To top it off they got my details because i registered with Avios ( a Absa Service) , be careful i now find myself having to explain this to Absa with interest of triple the cost of the unrecognized service.
