Hotel Express deducting money from my account

I received a call from an Agent by the name of Marvin 2 months back , he said things about travelling and I was in a class as a teacher during the day and said he was calling from standard bank , immediately I heard standard bank as my bank I thought it was something to do with my accounts he then asked for my bank account number and I did give him the account number. Come month end two debit transactions were made from my account R 4170 and R 1700 reference hotel express international I went to the bank and did a reversal, but the following month same transactions went through I then called the hotel *** which I was assisted by the lady by the name of Lwethu which she even promised to send me the confirmation that the accounts is closed and will do the refund , a week after I have not receive the confirmation and still waiting for my money to be refunded. Today I called the number asked to speak to her, she said that there were problems with their phones and she only went to the accounts department today , she asked for my number again so she can give me a call in few minutes as she wants to confirm something, its being 3 hours now since am waiting .
