Hotel Express

I would like to report this company, They have taken money in my account on the 22nd of September without my concern. They called and told me I have 26000 points that I need to collect and they ask for my card number, The next thing I saw was R5330 out of my account. I even had a very rude person who was confirming my card details swearing at me how can I want such a company to take my money? My number is ***. Please help me take this company up.

I've been promised soooo many time by a lady called Shantel that she will call me back but till today she hasn't.
