Hotel Express are con artists

I joined Hotel Express and than when I was told the full amount will be debited I asked Dene if the deal could be postponed and she said yes. The deal was never canceled and my money was debited this morning. When I phoned Dene she told me her C&A said its clear on the recording that I agreed so my whatsapp message doesn't help I said yes to everything telephonically sorry. I have the right to cancel and for the fact that I canceled it so early in the month they had no right to debit my money. I want my money back a.s.a.p. and they better not dwbit me every month cause I lost interest in this deal. Hotel Express are not professional they very misleading.
