Hotel express

I joined the team on the 18th of March 2020 and unfortunate due to unforseen circumstances COVID 19 changed alot were the outstanding was on hold. Then on the month June a contacted me telling me the good news that my membership os still active and i will have to pay the outstanding amount which happened. The consultant also mentioned that the membership expiry date will be changed as well. After that i send messages to their admin to assist in doing bookings for me which all end in vain. I communicated with the consultant agent whom she will always gives an excuse about her phone not working properly. Sometimes i would see that she read the messge on WhatsApp yet again there will be no help. She failed to mention the exac expiry date. She failed to help me with February 2021 bookings which she apologised that it will never happen again but it is happening. Because the last time i spoke to her it was in January 2021 and up to date nothing from her side. Therefore hotel express failed me decimally so I want my money back because I don't trust them anymore. Much as the contract says after so many days mentooned that if your not happy with the service you cancel however with my situation pandemic was involved and made me not realise the incompentecy they are.
