HOTEL EXPRESS

I have been waiting for since I filled in the refund form dated 03/10/20 of R2 525 which it said they will take 10%.It's almost 2 months and 3 weeks still haven't receive my refund. Every time I call the agents promise to follow up and will keep me posted but nothing happened. When i speak to the operator there's a rude her name is Pearl or Pam she' so irritated every time when I question. HELLO PETER PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK! ****..
