Great Service form Zelma Erasmus

I received EXCELLENT SERVICE from Zelma Erasmus after my mother mistakenly accept membership telephonically from another consultant for Hotel express international. <br> <br> Long story short, my mother accept membership which she cannot afford, after an email send for assistance Zelma came back to me.. not only via email but telephonically as well. <br> I've left my work number as an contact number, and she phone me at work. <br> Numerous times she had to be place on hold, because I was taking other calls and she waited patiently. <br> <br> She assisted me so quickly that within two (2) hours everything was sorted out. She send me an mail, as promised, to confirm that they cancel the membership application. <br> <br> My mother's money has already been returned.<br> <br> That is what I call WOW service !!
