Please beware, this is a ********** company. I bought a membership on 21/10 was promised immediate access and my welcome package to be delivered. Its almostv3 weeks later, I've received no welcome pack, neither did I get any feedback after contacting them to book flights. I've tried emailing and calling the agent Moses and customer services without any help. I've sent cancellation emails with no response. I've been to the bank to reverse the payment of R2525 and was told it's gone off as a purchase not debit, so I cannot get refunded. This is just theft.
