First class product

There are plenty of negative reviews here and some of them may be warranted but I am here to tell you that if you want good hotels at unheard of prices, this is where to go. I have used this service since 2001, one of the first members back then, and if you travel locally or internationally you are hard pressed to find better deals on hotels. I have not even mentioned other benefits like free airport lounges, I have saved 10s of thousands with these guys. Service is choppy sometimes but I often just call hotels myself, no hassles mostly except overseas then its better to use their agents but make sure you get correct pricing as some hotels have weird extra fees on top. They have fantastic deals with Hertz locally, which is just a side extra and there I save more than I have found with anyone else. I cannot relate to one of these negative reviews but maybe it is because I have used them for so long and know what to expect and how to use this card to save a bundle. Once I was stuck at an airport and had a booking made and was just too late to arrive in time. I phoned them and the manager sorted me out with a cancellation and a new hotel at the airport and cheaper than anything I found online. One summer I went to Norway and there I drove around and they had hotels in every little dorp, at huge discounts, one of my best vacations ever and cheap too. I calculated that all savings on that trip alone paid for all meals, car rentals and a new suit. I will confess that I use this card and accept the inherent flaws (some times I wont get any discounts) like an addict but it has served me well almost always.
