EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

I made a booking yesterday for my father using my mothers Hotel Express card for his stay from yesterday to Friday and somehow his booking was erroneously made for the 24/01/2018 to the 27/01/2018.......the gentleman(Clinton Soobramoney) who assisted me with the initial booking went beyond his call of duty I believe and stayed on long after his knock off time to sort the mess out. My father a pensioner who would've been stranded in a place he doesn't know checked into Belair Hotel and is happy with his room and the service provided. I would like to thank him (Clinton) for his humane and prompt response to the situation at no extra charge to us. People of your caliber are a hard find these days....you are the BURSTEST!
