Duped

<p>Just another pensioner who fell for a very experienced telemarketer from Hotel express international(the South African) branch. In the end I paid for two platinum cards instead of only one although I was assured over and over that the Family card would give me so much more benefits than my first option. The personal one would be cancelled and payment for the second card would be deducted. Not so. Paid fully for both. No reaction yo my emails. Service also definitely not worth paying for. Many other similar providers cheaper and easier to use.</p>
