DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSENT

I was phoned by a telesales person regarding this product from Hotel express international. I did not agree to this product as I did not believe that it works and I can get cheaper prices by doing the bookings myself. I was sneakily phoned by a so called accounts manager just to confirm my credit card details which they had on file from a previous transaction last year. I was categorical in telling them that I Do NOT GIVE CONSENT to debit my card. They ignored me and debited my card. I have been struggling to get a refund from them now for 3 months. I am certain that this is ******* in so many ways. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE CONTACTED BY THEM TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!
