Debit my account without authority

My name is Isaac Mokete Sekhaolelo my cell ***, two weeks back one of your consultant by the name of Rhoda call me from my cell phone and requested me to be your member, we went through all the information on the phone and just before the I can agree to be a member I asked her if they not going to deduct any money from my account because she was saying I must provide with my Credit card account, she said No they are not going to deduct anything it's only a membership for in future if I want to book a hotel I can get a discount.<br> <br> To my surprised on Monday I received a message from my Bank that R1795.00 was deducted from my account and I call the bank immediately that Hotel Express deducted the money from my account.<br> <br> Now my money has been deducted and I never agree to your consultant Rhoda that I then can deduct, I remember well because I was keep on asking her \ are they going to deduct money and she rep**** no.<br> <br> Because we never agree with the payment I need refund.<br> <br> "
