Bad Service re

Morning Star it was my first stay with you and you disappointed me, the blankets were dirty they were smelling pee, the was no water when we arrived they said it will be back after an hour so we couldn't flush and three hours after the water returned the was no hot water and not forgetting as well that the TV in our room had the wrong remote, wifi was super slow. I was in room 523 the last room at the top on the 29th of June 2022😔😔😔
