Bad service

Very bad service from this company. 2 consultants with bad attitude Pamela and Fikile. Called thousands times even asked to speak to the managers, they hang the phone. October 2020 they deducted 2525 and same-day asked for refund since I won't be traveling. Filled out the refund forms and to this day I didn't receive my money. Please Hello Peter help me get my money.
