Bad service by Hotel Express

Hotel Express has deducted money from my account without me authorizing the transaction and now I am struggling to get a refund, several attempts throught Mawande, the consultant who called me were fruitless, also sent an email to customer service and still no feedback, what kind of business does this to clients.
