Bad andTerreble service

Late last year I paid 1800 to qualify for discount in hotels nationaly, when I tried to book this year I was promised to be called back and that never happened, I tried again and again but nothing happened and I ended up going on holidays without benefiting on the discount. and recently I called again to book for Venda and MP trip, but I was promised that I will be called and that never happened, when I followed up all the calls were dropped, <br> <br> Now on the 21st I also tried to get Hotel Express to assist with accommodation for the 26th/09/15 in Durban, again someone promised me that they would call me back and they never did, when I tried to call them all their extensions would cut off. I don't know what to do anymore as I have never benefited from the services that I paid for.
