I Sophia Sithole Id *** my number ***would like to lay a complaints against a company called Hotel Express cs 5 in cape town ,My Absa credit card was debited with an amount of R6 380 on the 28/04/2016 by a company called Hotel Express cs 5 in cape town which I never gave them permission to debit my account I don’t even know this company I did not join any form of contract with them I don’t understand how are they able to deduct money from my account ,so it means our money is not safe at the banks I did go to Absa soshanguve branch and I was helped by the lady called Poppy to investigate the matter and reverse back my money. To my surprise the lady from the Hotel Express company phoned me and told me to go back to absa and cancel the investigation only then they will reverse the funds .I want my money back as I did not join anything with them
