EXCELLENT SERVICE

I called in yesterday using my moms Hotel Express card to make a booking for my dad's Durban trip for the same day until Friday...my booking date was erroneously recorded for 24/01/2018 and not yesterdays date and I only picked this up when my dad landed in Durban around 16:00. Clinton Soobramoney who assisted me with booking went beyond the call duty serving me long after he had to knock off to sort the mess out, making sure my dad had a place to stay "his reassurance to me whilst working on it". My dad checked in at Belaire Hotel yesterday and is very happy with his room and service provided. He (Clinton) further went on and called me this morning to check if my dad is ok and make sure that there was no extra charge for his stay. Thank you very much kind sir for your humane response as my dad would have been left stranded had you not assisted me as promptly as you did. And thank you Hotel Express, my parents experience with you guys has been nothing but pleasant.
