kicked out of the Hotel

<p>I made an online booking for my friends with Devonshire Hotel braamfoentein clearly indicating on the booking that they would be two guests sharing for two tonights. The online service requested that I pay half of the cost for their stay which I did, upon arrival at the Hotel after a 6 hour bus trip, we spent an 1 hour waiting to be assisted with check in, being told the system was having a problem. upon check in I paid the remaining amount due for the stay.</p> <p> </p> <p>on the following afternoon coming back to the hotel, to sleep for the secound night , my friends were told they had to pay again/an extra fair for their secound night or move out, which as per the reservation made was covered in the payment already made by myself. my friends were left abonded on the streets 600 km from home with myself 400 km away unable to help them. the resevation of this booking was Reservation No. ********** ********** - Status = Confirmed. This was the worst experience ever</p> <p> </p>
