Horrible Service

<p>I made a booking two weeks in advance at the Hotel Devonshire Braamfontein. When I arrived there on the 25/06/2016 I was told the hotell is fully booked and I shoul go to another hotel called Lamunu and I did not understand as when I made a booking online there was availability for that particular day. At the hotel there lifts were not working, I could only view one channel on their TV, the didnt even have a remote to the TV and there was a loud noise as if its siren at the hotel. I had never ever experienced such bad service, no one even explained to me the reason I was sent to a different hotel it was not worth the money that I paid for. I actually deserve a refund after that horrible stay. </p>
