Vacation ruined

The hotel didn’t go an extra mile in trying to assist us as guest. All we asked for was an iron just to quickly unwrikled our clothes... The hotel doesn’t offer iron they offer the service at a fee.. Who wants her clothes to be professionally iron when on vacation then there was a day I got desperate to iron & called the reception to arrange ironing I was told I had to arrange that a night before... This made me had an wrinkled summer vacation in Rome....
