Don't support hotel BRXXL5 - worst client service ever.

Stayed at the BRXXL5 hotel in Brussels in December. Forgot a cellphone there and contacted the hotel to let them know. They confirmed that the cellphone had been found. Have tried contacting and e-mailing them multiple times, to no avail, to arrange for a courier to pick up the cellphone. Extremely bad client service - would definitely not recommend.
