Bad Customer Service

Went physically to enquire about their venues, I was told to leave my contact details and information regarding the event I was enquiring for so they could forward me the quotation. I waited the whole week and I didn't receive anything, I went back again to follow up. We viewed the venues, they said the venues were available for our date and asked us to leave our details again. We still didn't receive any communication whatsoever. I called the hotel, they said I should give them my contact details once again and they would work on it immediately. I waited the entire day and still didn't receive any communication, I called to follow up and they said someone will be contacting me to arrange. I ended up having to go back to the hotel to follow up once again of which now I was told by the lady assisting me that my multiple attempts to enquire were news to her and furthermore said now the venues are fully booked for our date. I am not impressed by the service I received, it was really infuriating because we kept getting a lot of empty promises until when the venue ended up not being available especially when we were banking on the fact that it was available for the date we enquired for.
