I bought a wig from HotDot in July and a consultant called me to tell me that it was out of stock and asked me if I would like to wait or get a refund then I asked for a refund which takes 4 weeks. I’ve called them countless times once the 4 weeks lapsed to follow up to be told that it will be paid out on a Friday, I keep getting referred to Jay and Vincent. Big ********!
