Missing NATIS documents and unlicensed vehicle

Bought my VW Golf on 15 November 2013. It was sold to the dealer in June 2013 by the owner. The owner didn't renew the license disk in April 2013. The owner never registered the car on her name from Wesbank and I can not register it.<br> <br> The NATIS documents went missing and I am up to today unable to use the car, renwe the license or register it on my name. This is not the first incident. Read of other incidents involving this dealership.
