Horrible

I am a old and good customer to this shop for years. Recently they have broken my trust and patients completely.

I took a Zipp 808 wheel in to put on a 11 speed casette. Then they told me they need to change the hub on it, so I said ah well it has to be done unfortunately. a Day or so later the one mechanic told me over the phone he broke the rim by accident. I just started laughing , cause i dont know how to react when a R30 000 rim just broke that is yours. So obviously the next day went in saw the horrible picture of the dead rim and then they said we wil get a replacement. Obviously they need to pay for it as I sent in a perfectly working rim and now got NOTHING. it is now 2 months and stil no rim, everytime excuses about delayed shipments exetera. This is truly not good enough as this is the busy part of the season and it really does not look like they are doing any effort to get this sorted out.
