False booking and NO REFUND

We had booked and paid for accommodation in Kruger Park Lodge. Turns out the booking as never made and that Hot Pepper Travel did not have a mandate to book the particular unit that they tried to accommodate us in. <br> Giovani is now uncontactable and we will pursue the legal route. We have had no refund. Avoid these *******!
