uncooked stale saltless chips

<p>After coming from another frnachise which has been closed i decided to try out the chips at the hot dog cafe at gateway, not only did i wait rather long for it to be ready but it was not presented well. My Large chips only had sauce at the top of the chips, soaked with sauce, and the bottom had no sauce at all, dry and had no salt. the lady that packed it also literally picked out 2-3 chips at a time from the fryer without draining the oil or adding salt, i was in a hurry to get back to work so i didnt have time to question it and assumed it wouldnt be that bad if there is sauce on it, but half doesnt have sauce and the other half is soaked in oil, i wouldve added a picture but i think it would just put customers of. please can staff be properly trained, when it comes to food it needs to be presentable apart from tasting good, we need to get what we paying for, not just any ****</p>
