Not so HOT

I voted for HOT 102.7FM during the annual radio awards because of the "gees" at the radio station. But that is where it stops unfortunately.

You play 2 songs an then have 6 or 7 adverti*****ts, repeat.... And you play the same songs over and over ad nauseam. Sometimes you play the same adverti*****t 4 times in an hour, which for someone who try to listen to you the whole working day is an extremely frustrating experience.

You have integrated your entire radio station into advertising, instead of it being used to sell something, it feels like you are an adverti*****t radio station who happen to sometimes play R&B music.

Then you have "listeners" saying how much they love the radio station, but it has been the same voices for months and months. Tiring to say the least.

You have to realise that thousands of us probably listen to you most of the day, so we are bombarded with the same lame car ads hour after hour.

I understand radio advertising is necessary, but to what end?

I often find myself muting and when I unmute, you are on your next round of adverti*****ts. TIRING!!!
