Unreliable Host - A honest warning to avoid weird downtime.
Just had the worst experience from this company. We have a large business site that was disabled due to "verified phishing activity" - they proceeded to disable several domains some that are purely redirected to other sites so they have nothing on them and some that are used as storage for images and other files, essentially a CDN that most definitely could not have any "verified phishing activity" on it. So imagine waking up on a Monday, several domains are down, your have received multiple emails and messages from your organisation and then the Host provider tells you your services are down for "verified phishing activity". Skip 12 hours ahead and the site is back online. No explanation other than "Regarding the report, while we can't share the full internal document or raw data from the reporting authority due to our security and privacy policies, we can confirm the suspension was triggered by verified phishing activity detected on the account. These measures are automated to protect both our network and the public the moment such activity is identified." This is just not the way things should work. You can not disable a service and then tell the person paying for it you can not give them a reason but you can do it anytime you want without any explanation.

Hostinger Shameful Negligence Enables ****mers
Hostinger’s Shameful Negligence Enables ****mers If you’re considering Hostinger as your hosting provider, be warned: they have shown a blatant disregard for fighting ***** and an alarming level of complacency. Despite repeatedly providing them with undeniable proof of a **** site using their services, I was met with a brick wall of bureaucratic nonsense. Their refusal to take action unless the evidence is packaged in a way that fits their narrow, inflexible criteria means they are knowingly letting ****mers off the hook. They are protecting *****sters through sheer negligence and making a mockery of anyone who reports abuse. Frankly, anyone working for this company should feel ashamed that their policies are allowing ****mers to thrive. If you value a hosting company that actually cares about protecting people, look elsewhere.

Exceptional support, hosting and affordability offered by Hostinger
I had to give it a 5 start, not because of it's great hosting but it's exceptional customer service. Anything you need, you're guaranteed to get it in right time. Their AI bots are more like copilots in whatever you're doing. You can get your problems solved in Minutes without having to talk to a real human agents. 2nd they're one of the most innovative hosting providers with exceptional sales and affordable prices for all their products. You get more than you'd even pay for. I've been hosting websites with multiple hosts but Hostinger is still by far the number 1 on my list

Completely Illogical Upgrade Pricing — Hostinger Penalizes Existing Customers
My experience with Hostinger has been extremely disappointing. I attempted to upgrade my VPS during the 30-day money-back period, assuming I could simply pay the difference — something every reasonable hosting provider offers. Instead, Hostinger’s upgrade system tried to charge me more than the total cost of buying the higher plan brand-new. To be clear: Upgrade cost in hPanel: US$ 249.29 Cost of buying the exact same VPS as a new customer: US$ 239.76 How does it make any sense that an upgrade costs more than a full new plan? It feels like Hostinger punishes existing customers instead of valuing them. Support acknowledged the issue but said they can’t fix it, can’t adjust the upgrade price, and can’t honor the actual advertised plan cost. Their “solution” was for me to cancel, wait for a refund, and then buy the VPS again — causing downtime and needless inconvenience. This is not a customer-first approach; it’s a rigid system that puts Hostinger’s process above common sense. Even the support agent admitted they could do nothing except offer small coupons, which still don’t fix the fact that the upgrade price is higher than a brand-new purchase. Hostinger needs to rethink this policy. Right now, upgrading with them is not just inconvenient — it’s irrational and unfair.
