Hostex was an amazing experience. I truley loved seeing all those awesome new things available to everyone in and out of the hospitality industry. The only problem was that the guy in charge - Nick - didnt seem to appreciate the fact that my university showed up with a group of 50. Unfortunately no where on the posters or on the website does it say that \student day"is on wednesday. He finally decided to let us in but refused that we speak to any of the exhibitioners or try any of the samples. He even went so far as to have us escorted and that lady (our escourt) literally went around telling people not to speak to us. My class will be graduating from hotel school in a years time and by refusing us the opportunity to speak to people they possibly lost 50 potential future clients. It truly is a pitty that they couldnt deal with an unexpected situation of 50 students showing Up because it kind of ruined Hostex for me and my friends. """
