Terrible Agency

I wouldn't recommend these people to anybody!! If you come across properties that are handled by them please do not book!! Michelle from their offices is extremely rude and ******. They will send you messages stating that they don't use the bank card you have attempted to pay with, which is 1 of SA's 5 major banks. Upon trying to resolve this with them she rudely informs you that when they have the time they will call you. There is never a manager available.
