Host agents ballito are ****mers.

We booked in at ballito hills unit 79 on the 3 January 2025 and checked out on the 5th January 2025.

On the 4th January 2025 we went out for supper and we got back late and our code was expired to enter the premises, we tried contacting our agent and his phone was off and couldn't get a hold of him . Guards refused to let us in. They made us sleep outside in our vehicle while there was a heavy storm going on.

Host agents said they will refund us for 1 night, it's been 8 says since they sent proof of payment and still no money has reflected to date. There proof of payment does not say to whom they paid or any of my account details.

Utterly disgusted with Host Agents. They should get shut down.
