Horible place

We've been going to Anstey beach backpackers for the 4 passed years. Every year we up grade our room. This year we got the seaview room what a disipointment room we paid over R8 500 for a week. Parking was a problem they do allocate you a parking but the funny part is they have a coffee shop so the coffee shop customers take your parking forcing you to park at the beach till there is open space again. Yes you czn complain but nothing will bedone we try that. Back to the room again it is so small you can hardly move around in it. With a dan in the kitchen only we had to asked for an extra fan for the bed. Then the bathroom everybody that drive by or walk passed can looked in to it then the blinds dont work at all. We complaint when we got there and nothing was donr for a week. Then they have jojo tanks for the toilets so they supply toilet paper Wednesday we told them we dont have toilet paper we left saterday and still no toilet paper was given we had to go to other shared toilets to get paper. So we booked for 7 days but forced ourself to stay 4 days it was a horible vacasion due to accomadation they supp**** so please before booking make sure its what you want i will never go back there. Pics they put on site and the live pics is not the some at all. Yes we told them and till today we have no response not even a sorry they are fast to take your money but the service is bad
