Lack of confidentiality and poor service

Poor service , poor feed back and lack of confidentiality . Specifically requested high profile people not be contacted unless part of final appointment process , was ignored and confidentiality lost . Had to hear from another agency that selections had already been done , not even sure if application was submitted on time .
