Money talks

Terrible. Took our hurt kitten to them. They told us they could help if we paid a deposit. We paid it as instructed, but they told us we should pay double. They kept on changing the quote. When we confronted them they told us they don't trust us as we owed a small amount at their onrus branch. Now our kitten is gone. All they care about is money. We are heartbroken. 😭😭
